Clarity, without the noise.

Why we exist
Third-party risk only improves when the work fits the way teams already operate
Programmes don't fail because teams lack effort. They fail because the tools live in silos: procurement tracks who you pay, compliance assesses a handful of vendors, security investigates incidents after the fact. We built one platform that holds the whole picture, so practitioners can discover what's actually in their ecosystem, assess it in context, and respond with defensible evidence.
What we stand for
Built on four operating principles
Every product decision runs through these. They're how we keep the platform useful when the market gets noisy.
Practitioner-first
We build the tools we wish we had when we ran these programmes ourselves. Every workflow has an opinion, every screen has a job.
Defensible by default
Every signal is sourced, scored, and traceable. No vibes-based risk. Decisions hold up with executives and regulators.
Operating model, not dashboards
Discover, Assess, Respond. Three pillars, one platform, one workflow. Not a stack of disconnected tools you have to glue together.
Coverage that earns trust
Most programmes see five percent of the third parties they actually interact with. We map the other ninety-five percent. Completeness builds confidence.
Our journey
From founding to today
Practitioner focus from day one. Same mission, deeper product and backing as the market has caught up to third-party risk.
2021
Cyb3r Operations is formed
Vincent Cook, CEO and Founder, started Cyb3r Operations to close the gap between endless vendor lists and decisions risk teams can stand behind. The bet was simple: third-party risk only improves when discovery, context, and action live in one place, built for practitioners, not slide decks.
2022
Platform 1.0 goes live
We shipped the first version of the platform so security and resilience teams could graduate from static spreadsheets to a living view of who actually touches the business. Early customers used it to map shadow and nth-party paths they had never fully seen before, and to prioritise where to look first.
2024
Platform 2.0
2.0 brought a step-change in depth: richer intelligence, tighter assessment workflows, and a clearer line from discovery through response. Cyb3r Operations doubled down on the operating model teams already recognised: Discover, Assess, Respond, so programmes could scale without losing defensibility.
December 2025
Backed by leading VCs
Leading venture capital firms, including Octopus Ventures and Pi Labs, backed our funding round to accelerate product development, expand coverage across intelligence feeds, and invest in customer success. The mission is unchanged: give every programme the depth and clarity to trust its third-party decisions when scrutiny is highest.
1 July 2026
UpcomingPlatform 3.0 inbound
A major platform release lands 1 July 2026. Same operating model, deeper intelligence across every signal, sharper response, and a few things we are not quite ready to show yet. Something exciting is coming.
FAQs
Common questions
The team is practitioner-led. The platform exists because the people building it had run third-party risk programmes themselves and knew where the existing tools fall down. Every product decision is anchored to what the work actually looks like in production.
Headquartered in the UK with customers across Europe and North America. Coverage is global: the intelligence network spans sectors and regions, and the platform handles multi-jurisdictional reporting for teams with cross-border exposure.
Leading venture capital firms, including Octopus Ventures and Pi Labs, backed our 2025 funding round. The mandate is to deepen coverage, expand intelligence feeds, and invest in customer success. Same mission as day one, more depth behind it.
