Communication Intelligence

Your communications already tell you what each vendor is.

We classify every relationship from your communications activity across eight signal categories, track volume and decay over time, and score every interaction for risk. Metadata only, never content.

8 categories

Signal extraction

Financial, Sales, Support, Legal, Marketing, Onboarding, Data Exchange, Security across every relationship

Confidence arc

High to Very Low

Tier visualised on every profile alongside the relationship type and signal mix

Per-interaction risk

Scored + timestamped

Every interaction scored for risk with a sortable activity timeline and EXT/INT compromise pills

Classify every vendor relationship from how you actually talk

Your communications activity is parsed across eight signal categories: Financial, Sales, Support, Legal, Marketing, Onboarding, Data Exchange, and Security. The mix drives a Relationship Type classification with a confidence arc visible everywhere the vendor appears.

  • ·Eight-category signal extraction across your communications activity
  • ·Confidence tier (High, Moderate, Low, Very Low) on every profile
  • ·Relationship Type: Paid Vendor, Client, Prospect, Operational Dependency, Legal/Regulatory, Marketing Contact, Technology Partner, New Relationship
  • ·Confidence badge plus signal tags surfaced everywhere

Track volume, direction, and decay over time

Organisation Metrics on every profile Summary tab quantify the shape of the relationship: total interactions, average per month, contact breadth, inbound percent, and decay trend. Score Trend compares current against 7-day and 30-day baselines so growing dependencies and dying relationships both get flagged.

  • ·KPIs: Total Interactions, Avg per Month, Contact Breadth, Inbound %, Decay Trend
  • ·Direction filter (Inbound Heavy, Outbound Heavy, Bidirectional, Balanced)
  • ·Score Trend with 7-day and 30-day baselines, plus status trend per row
  • ·Last Seen and Date Added presets (7d / 30d / 90d) plus custom range

Per-interaction risk scoring on a full activity timeline

The Activity tab on every profile is a unified, sortable interaction timeline. Every interaction is scored for risk with click-through to the participants involved, EXT/INT pills with red highlighting on compromised contacts, and an Activity column type for live Pulse Board monitoring.

  • ·Sortable activity table with From, Direction Arrow, To, Date, Direction Pill, Signals, Attachments, Risk Score
  • ·Per-interaction risk scoring with click-through to participants
  • ·Activity filter sidebar: risk range, internal/external, direction, department, signals, attachments
  • ·Activity column type on Pulse Boards for live interaction monitoring

FAQs

Common questions

No. Communication Intelligence runs on metadata only: counterparties, direction, volume, and timing. Content is never read or stored.

The confidence arc on every profile tells you. High confidence comes from a rich signal mix and consistent volume. Very Low surfaces when a relationship is too thin to classify reliably, so you never see a guess presented as a fact.

Decay trend compares recent communication volume against the historical baseline for that vendor. A negative decay trend warns that a relationship is fading, often a precursor to contract churn or shadow replacement.

Every interaction gets a risk score derived from counterparties, signals, attachments, and direction. The score is sortable on the activity timeline and feeds the recent risk interactions table on the Summary tab.
